Scott and Shaun Stanberry currently live in Evergreen, CO, where they own and operate Pinewood Properties, LLC—a small, family-owned business that’s been managing quality vacation rental properties in Colorado, Arizona, and Costa Rica since 2007. Their aim is to provide their guests with a quality, personalized, vacation experience that will keep their guests coming back year after year.
