Poolside luxury and privacy — just steps from the beach

Casa Piña Details

Casa Piña is located within the walls of La Esquina, which is a small complex in a quiet, safe, and low-density residential neighborhood of oceanfront estates and elegant condos. The resort’s extensive and well-maintained gardens provide shelter for howler monkeys, tropical birds, and lazy iguanas. Across a seldom-traveled road, travelers will find a path that leads to the white sand and famous waves of Langosta Beach, which is only 100 yards away! For those seeking a satisfying meal, a cold drink, fun shops, or another area excursion, the bustling little surf town of Tamarindo is just a mile away. The condo is also just an hour’s drive from the Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport in Liberia.

La Esquina is a secure and intimate, 10-unit complex, that showcases Moroccan-style architecture, Mediterranean stucco and columns, tile and stonework, arches, and carved teak beams throughout. The surrounding gardens are professionally landscaped and alive with the sights and sounds of tropical flowers, plants, and trees. Plus, the cool, inviting pool is situated right outside the unit and is one of the nicest in the area!

Casa Piña comes fully equipped with every luxury, including a well-stocked kitchen, quality linens and bedding, air conditioning, a stackable washer and dryer, cable TV, Internet, and a small private garden and sitting area with a gas grill for cooking outside. The unit offers an open floor plan in which the living, dining, and kitchen areas are adjoined and open through sliding glass doors onto a patio that spills into the tropical gardens and pool area. The entire unit is tastefully decorated and furnished in rich comfort. Guests share the resort pool and can access either of the two rooftop terraces to take in the beauty of a breathtaking sunset over the Pacific in the evening; relax under a galaxy of stars at night; or simply soak in the rays of the tropical sun during the day.

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo, a poolside vacation retreat, easy access to local beaches, or a home base for other area adventures, Casa Piña is the perfect spot.

Everything was awesome and even sweeter when the surf picked up a bit on Playa Grande. Very nice condo, tons of detail in the architecture. The guards are very cool and helpful, especially the nicaraguan fellow, sorry I forgot his name, but he always works the night shift.
